Refunds will be processed within 3 days of when you ship your return.

- In the Email field, enter the email address used when ordering, click Continue
- Check your email inbox for the verification email from ZPitome, copy the six-digit verification code
- Return to the online store and enter the verification code
- Select an order to submit a return
- If the order has more than one item, select the items to return
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store
- Click Request return
